Not far from town but remote enough to enjoy the quiet of being in the mountains!

Step out to enjoy a huge front porch with lots of seating, outdoor Fire Pit with many adirondack chairs (BYO wood), charcoal grill, and picnic table. As you step thru the first set of doors you'll see the screened in porch that holds the duo pool table/table tennis & hot tub for lots of play time and relaxing. One thing that sets us apart is that aside from the 5 steps up to the porch we are an ALL ONE LEVEL cabin. Rare to find & needed by many! Right inside the front door you'll fall in love with the modern decor with a mix of coziness! The open concept with the Living room, kitchen, and dining room makes this cabin perfect for groups that like to hangout together! 3 master suites each with their own bathrooms. The master King bedroom & one of the master Queen bedrooms both offer small sleeper sofas that fit an adult or child. Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room. **Wifi is available & Wifi calling is needed for most phone services as the phone signal is very weak in the mountains.** All new furniture including reclining sofas, mattresses & bedding, soaking tub connected to King master, and private deck with sliding door connected to one of the Queen masters. Enjoy the Arcade games set up in the living space, the many board games, kids toys, corn hole boards, & large outdoor connect 4 game. Nestled on 5 acres with plenty of room to hike and explore. Makes for a great remote and private location. Neighbors aren't right on top of you. *Fully stocked coffee bar includes: coffee, creamers, flavored syrups, hot cocoa, and herbal teas. Kitchen is fully stocked with amenities for all your cooking needs. The home is stocked with the following starter supplies for your arrival: - Toilet paper - Hand Soap - Paper towel - Trash bags Please make use of the nearby store to top up on the essentials for your stay. ☆ Seasonal Christmas Decor will be up for the holiday season! 3 minute drive to FireFox Mountain Adventure Park 20 minute drive from downtown Sevierville & Pigeon Forge 30 minute drive to: Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and Tanger Outlet ☀ Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. ☀ Smoking inside or on the decks is NOT permitted. ☀ Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted. ☀ No 3rd party bookings. The person booking the reservation MUST be staying at the cabin. We do not allow you to book for someone else to stay. Breaking this rule will be cause for immediate cancellation. ☀ All garbage must be stowed in the outdoor garbage bin so bears and other animals can not access it and make a mess. ☀ Driveway can fit 5+ vehicles comfortably. While we have a pest control company that services our cabin, there still will be the opportunity for pests to be on the property as this is a wooded area. Please notify us immediately if any issues should arise. Travel Insurance is highly recommended in the months of December, January, and February as ice and snow are not uncommon. We also recommend a vehicle with 4 wheel drive during these months and to stay weather alert as to what conditions you'll be driving into when coming in. No refunds will be given because of weather related issues. Host assumes no responsibility for icy/slippery outside surfaces including porches, stairs, decks, or driveway.

Quiet Hours are from 11pm - 7am. We just ask that you're respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11pm. While we have a pest control company that services our cabin, there still will be the opportunity for pests to be on the property. Please notify us immediately if any issues should arise. SECURITY CAMERAS We are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras that are capable of recording video and audio. Audio video Cameras (Ring) view the driveway and are exterior facing only. It is capable of recording and/or sending video, audio, and/or still images.
